Refund policy

Effective September 3, 2026 all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.  Purchases made prior to September 3 remain subject to the two week return and exchange policy that was in effect at the time of purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Previous Exceptions  and non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including items on sale, bodysuits, swimwear, tights, gift cards, and cosmetic products.
